6. Putting into use

1. Switch on the voltage for the power unit or insert the plug into the wall socket.
2. Switch the power unit on.

7. Functional check

When the power unit is switched on, the indicator lamps of the switch and the high-voltage
indicator are lit.
Proper operation of the power unit can be checked on the basis of the proper operation of the
equipment connected.

8. Optionals

Warning:
 When carrying out work on the equipment: de-energize the equipment.
 A skilled electrical engineer shall carry out installation.

8.1. Options B,H,R

8.1.1. Summary
The power unit can be equipped with two optional BHR printed circuit boards (PCB's).
It enables you to:
 B: control the ion balance.
 H: trigger an alarm signal if the high voltage fails.
 R: make RC contact, switch the power unit from a distance (not wireless).
The contacts of the HV alarm are drawn in alarm position.
