4. Place a dome cap (#45) on each end of
the axle (#43) and then secure the cap
by tapping it with a mallet or hammer.
5. Place the engine (#57) on top of the
base (#39), being sure to line up the
engine mounting holes with the bolt
holes in the base (Fig. 3).
6. Fasten the engine (#57) with the M8
bolts (#53), M8 washers (#32), M8
spring washers (#29) and M8 nuts
(#54). The order of assembly is: bolt,
washer, base, engine, washer, spring,
washer and nut.
7. Place the feed hopper (#1) on the drum
housing (#13) so that the tube on the
back of the hopper lines up with the top
bolt holes on the drum housing (Fig. 4).
8. Slide the M8 bolt (#46) through
the M8 serrated washer (#51),
drum housing bolt holes and
feed hopper tubing. The bolt
should thread into the other
side of the housing.
9. Fasten the bottom of the feed
hopper (#1) to the drum
housing (#13) using the M6
bolts (#48), the M6 washer
(#38) and the M6 spring washer
(#56). The drum housing is
threaded to accept the bolts. The order of assembly is: bolt, spring
washer, washer, feed hopper, drum housing.
10. Place the discharge chute (#33) on the drum housing (#13), being sure
to line up the tubing on the bottom of the chute with the bolt holes on
the drum housing (Fig. 5).
