Sul modello SPINQR è possibile montare il dispositivo 250ENCSC
per la rilevazione degli ostacoli durante la corsa della porta.
La sensibilità della rilevazione può essere regolata agendo su
un trimmer della scheda di comando K892M (vedi istruzioni della
centrale):
● in fase di apertura, al rilevamento di un ostacolo, la porta si
ferma e chiude per un breve tratto, quindi rimane ferma fino ad
un successivo impulso di comando;
● in fase di chiusura, al rilevamento di un ostacolo, la porta si
ferma e poi riapre completamente.
Per un corretto assemblaggio, procedere come segue:
● sfilare il carter (A) premendo le apposite alette (B) sui lati
dello stesso come indicato dalle frecce (fig. 21) prestando
attenzione al cablaggio dei pulsanti (scollegare i relativi
faston);
● dopo averla completamente scollegata, rimuovere la centrale
(C) sfilandola e sollevandola come indicato dalle frecce (fig.
22) e togliere il condensatore (D) dalla propria sede;
● come indicato in fig. 23, fissare il fondo della scatola encoder (E)
per mezzo delle viti (F), quindi posizionare la scheda encoder
(G) sui relativi piedini. Accoppiando le facce piane, inserire il
disco encoder (H) sull'estremità dell'albero motore che sporge
dai gusci fino ad arrivare in battuta ed infine chiudere la scatola
encoder con il coperchio (I) facendo passare i cavetti della
scheda encoder (G) per l'apposita apertura;
● fermare il condensatore (D) con la fascetta in dotazione
passando per le apposite alette (M) del coperchio (I);
● procedendo nella maniera inversa indicata dalle frecce (fig. 22),
riposizionare la centrale (C), rieffettuare il cablaggio, encoder
compreso, quindi settare la centrale come desiderato (vedi
istruzioni K892M);
● cablare i pulsanti del carter (A) e rimontarlo procedendo nella
maniera inversa indicata dalle frecce (fig. 23).
250ENCSC
Für das Modell SPINQR ist es möglich, die Vorrichtung 250ENCSC
zur Hinderniserfassung während des Türlaufs zu installieren.
Die Erfassungsempfindlichkeit kann über einen Trimmer der
Steuerkarte K892M eingestellt werden (siehe Anleitung der
Steuerung);
● In der Öffnungsphase hält die Tür bei Erfassung eines
Hindernisses an und schließt anschließend ein kleines
Stück weiter. Danach hält sie endgültig an, bis sie ein neuer
Steuerimpuls erreicht.
● In der Schließphase hält die Tür bei Erfassung eines
Hindernisses an und öffnet sich dann vollständig.
Zum korrekten Einbau wie folgt vorgehen:
● Das Gehäuse (A) entfernen, dazu auf die Rippen (B) seitlich
am Gehäuse drücken, wie von den Pfeilen angeben (Abb.
21), dabei auf die Verkabelung der Schalter achten (die
entsprechenden Fastonstecker abziehen);
● die Steuerung (C) von allen Anschlüssen trennen,
anschließend die Steuerung entfernen, sie dabei wie von
den Pfeilen angegeben abziehen und anheben und den
Kondensator (D) aus seiner Stellung nehmen;
● wie auf Abb. 23 gezeigt den Boden des Encodergehäuses
(E) mit Hilfe der Schrauben (F) befestigen, anschließend die
Encoderkarte (G) auf die dazugehörigen Stellfüße setzen.
Die Encoderscheibe (H) am Ende der Motorwelle einsetzen,
die aus den Schalen herausragt und bis zum Anschlag reicht,
dabei die glatten Seiten aneinander legen. Anschließend das
Encodergehäuse mit dem Deckel (I) verschließen, dabei die

Italiano Kabel der Encoderkarte (G) durch die entsprechende Öffnung
führen;
● den Kondensator (D) mit der mitgelieferten Schelle befestigen,
die durch die entsprechenden Rippen (M) des Deckels (I)
geführt wird;
● die Steuerung (C) wieder einsetzen, dazu entgegengesetzt zur
Pfeilrichtung (Abb. 22) arbeiten, die Verkabelung einschließlich
Encoder wieder anbringen, anschließend die Steuerung wie
gewünscht einstellen (siehe Anleitung K892M);
● die Schalter des Gehäuses (A) verkabeln und das Gehäuse
wieder anbringen, dazu entgegengesetzt zur Pfeilrichtung
(Abb. 23) arbeiten.

The device 250ENCSC can be mounted on the model SPINQR for
obstacle detection during door travel.
Detection sensitivity can be adjusted by means of a trimmer on the
control card K892M (see control unit instructions):
● during the opening phase, the door stops on detection of an
obstacle, activates a brief closing manoeuvre, then remains
stationary until a subsequent command is sent;
● During the closing phase, the door stops on detection of an
obstacle and then re-opens completely.
For correct assembly, proceed as follows:
● Press on tabs (B) to remove casing (A) as shown by the arrows
(fig. 21) also taking care to detach the pushbutton wiring
(disconnect the relative faston clips);
● after completely disconnecting the control unit (C),
withdraw and lift it out as indicated by the arrows (fig. 22) and
remove the capacitor (D) from its seat;
● as shown in fig. 23, tighten the base of the encoder housing (E)
by means of the screws (F), then position the encoder board (G)
on the relative supports. Couple the two flat surfaces, and fit
the encoder disk (H) onto the end of the motor shaft protruding
from the shells to the limit position and then close the encoder
Deutsch housing with cover (I) routing the wires of the encoder board
(G) via the relative aperture;
● secure the capacitor (D) using the clip supplied, via the tabs
(M) on cover (I);
● proceeding in the opposite direction to that indicated by the
arrows (fig. 22), refit the control unit (C), re-attach the wires,
encoder included, then set the control unit as required (see
instructions K892M);
● wire the pushbuttons of casing (A) and re-assemble proceeding
in the opposite direction to that indicated by the arrows (fig.
23).

Sur le modèle SPINQR, il est possible de monter le dispositif
250ENCSC pour la détection des obstacles durant la course de
la porte.
La sensibilité de la détection peut être réglée en agissant sur un
trimmer de la carte de commande K892M (voir instructions de la
logique de commande) :
● en phase d'ouverture, à la détection d'un obstacle, la porte
s'arrête et se ferme un court instant puis reste à l'arrêt jusqu'à
une impulsion de commande successive ;
● en phase de fermeture, à la détection d'un obstacle, la porte
s'arrête et se rouvre complètement.
Pour un assemblage correct, procéder comme suit :
● extraire le carter (A) en appuyant sur les ailettes (B) de chaque
côté de celui-ci, comme l'indiquent les flèches (fig. 21) en
faisant attention au câblage des touches (déconnecter les
fastons correspondants) ;
