1.5 Attaching the slow motions / screws for fine control

Fasten the flexible slow motions onto the bolts on the mount. The bolt has a flat side, into which you can attach
the screw from the slow motion. These will be used later for fine control of the telescope's axes.
1.6 Attaching the telescope tube

Open the tube rings and lay the tube (without its paper wrapping) with the front end upwards.

While holding on to the tube, close the tube rings again. Tighten both locking screws so that the tube sits
securely.
Your telescope comes supplied with an optical finder scope or a red dot finder.
1.7 Attaching the finder scope / red dot finder with the mounting bracket

Take the finder scope with mounting plate and undo both the nuts near the focuser of the telescope.
2.
Fix the finder scope to the tube via the screws and secure it by tightening the two nuts. This small finder
scope must point in the same direction as the telescope.
