Work to be carried out before installation
Actuators D-50 to F-80
Interrupt supplies of control air and medium
Unscrew transparent cap from actuator cover
Screw off position indicator with Allan key (SW 5)
Actuators G-100, H-125
Interrupt supply of medium
Empty valve housing
Bring actuator into the upper piston position
ATTENTION!
Unscrew transparent cap from actuator cover
Screw off position indicator with Allan key (SW 8)
Screw threaded sleeve instead of the position indicator onto the end of the
spindle (SW 14)
Then interrupt supply of control air
Actuators K-175, L-225
Interrupt supply of medium
Empty valve housing
Bring actuator into the upper piston position
ATTENTION!
Unscrew transparent cap from actuator cover
Screw off position indicator (yellow screw cap) by hand
Screw threaded sleeve instead of the position indicator onto the end of the
spindle (SW 14)
Then interrupt supply of control air
Pressurize only the lower piston space above the lower
control air port with air (Control Functions A and I).
Pressurize only the lower piston space above the lower
control air port with air (Control Functions A and I).
