Basic troubleshooting

The following table indicates a few simple steps that can be taken safely
to address any faults or malfunctions that may occur during normal use of
the watering system.

The batteries are dead, or not installed correctly

Check:
- the state of the timer filter, clean it if necessary

- the watering line is properly connected.
Check:
- the batteries of the RF Rain Sensor are charged (if the LED
of the RF Rain Sensor is blinking red, or not lit, the batteries
are dead);
- the conditions are right for RF communication: make sure
there are no large obstacles between the RF Rain Sensor and
the timer, and that the RF Rain Sensor is positioned no more
than 100 ft. (30 m) from it;
- the RF Rain Sensor is where originally installed.
