14.1 ADJUSTING MAXIMUM HEATING POWER
The maximum heating power of the boiler can be reduced to suit the requirements of the heating system it serves. A table showing
parameter P13 values according to the desired maximum power model is shown below for each single boiler.
To access and edit P13 values, proceed as described in the PARAMETER SETTINGS section.

15. ANNUAL SERVICING
DANGER OF BURNS
Wait for the appliance to cool down before working on the parts exposed to heat.
WARNING
Before commencing any maintenance operations, make sure the boiler is disconnected from the power supply. After
servicing, reset the original operating parameters of the boiler if they were changed.
DANGER OF BURNS
Do not clean the boiler with abrasive, aggressive and/or easily flammable substances (such as petrol, acetone, etc.).
To optimize boiler efficiency, carry out the following annual maintenance:
• Check the appearance and airtightness of the gaskets of the gas and combustion circuits. Replace any worn seals with new
original spares;
• Check the state and correct position of the ignition and flame-sensing electrodes. Remove any oxidation on the sensing
electrode and burner using fine sandpaper;
• Check the state of the burner and make sure it is firmly fixed;
• Check for any impurities inside the combustion chamber. Use a vacuum cleaner to do this;
• Check the pressure of the heating system;
• Check the pressure of the expansion tank;
• Check the fan works correctly;
• Make sure the flue and air ducts are unobstructed;
• Check for any impurities inside the condensation trap;
• Check the magnesium anode, where present, for boilers fitted with indirect storage tanks.
