Light bulk material -> cover of a

Oscillating rods:
Do not bend, shorten or extend
the oscillating rods since this
will destroy the device
Screwing the device in:
Use a 50mm openend wrench
(do not turn the housing)
2" Sliding sleeve:
Tighten the straining screw M8
with 25Nm to obtain resistance
to pressure
Stirring devices, etc:
In the case of strong lateral
load: check whether the de-
vice could be installed laterally
instead of mounting from the top
with a long extension piece
(ILVB).

ZONE 10
When the device is mounted in
areas in which there is danger of
dust explosion zone 10, the perti-
nent rules and regulations have to
be adhered to!

Maximum length "L" in depend-
ence on the deviation (in degrees)

HINWEISE FÜR DIE MONTAGE
Schaltpunkt:
Schwere Schüttgüter -> Bedek-
kung von wenigen mm
Leichte Schüttgüter -> Bedek-
kung von wenigen cm
Schwingstäbe:
Nicht verbiegen oder kürzen oder
verlängern. Dies führt zur Zer-
störung des Gerätes!
Einschrauben des Gerätes:
Gabelschlüssel 50 mm verwen-
den (nicht am Gehäuse drehen)
2" Höhenverstellung:
Spannschraube M8 mit 25 Nm
festziehen, um Druckfestigkeit
zu erreichen!
Rührwerke etc.:
Bei starken seitlichen Belastun-
gen - Prüfen, ob statt Einbau
von oben mit langem Verlänge-
rungsrohr (ILVB) ein seitlicher
Einbau möglich ist.
VORSCHRIFTEN FÜR STAUBEX
ZONE 10
Bei Einbau in StEx Zone 10 ge-
fährteten Bereich müssen die ent-
sprechenden Vorschriften beach-
tet werden!

Point de consigne:
produits en vrac lourds -> cou-
verture de quelques mm
produits en vrac légers -> cou-
verture de quelques cm
Lames vibrantes:
ne pas opérer de torsion, ni les
raccourcir ou les rallonger. Ceci
provoque la destruction de
l'appareil!
Vissage de l'appareil:
utiliser une clé à fourche 50 mm
(ne pas tourner le boîtier)
Réglage en hauteur 2":
serrer la vis de serrage M8 avec
25 Nm afin d'obtenir une
résistance à la pression!
Mélangeurs, etc.:
Pour les charges élevées
vérifier si, au lieu d'une
installation par le haut une ins-
tallation latérale avec le tube de
rallonge long (ILVB) est possi-
ble.
PRESCRIPTIONS À RESPEC-

POUSSIÈRES INFLAMMABLES
Lors de l'installation dans la zone
10 susceptible de poussières in-
flammables, il faut respecter les
prescriptions correspondantes!

Installazione del dispositivo me-
diante avvitamento:
utilizzare una chiave fissa doppia
di 50mm (non ruotare il corpo)
Manicotto scorrevole 2":
stringere la vite di serraggio M8
con 25 Nm per ottenere una resi-
stenza alla pressione
Agitatori, ecc.:
in caso di carico laterale eleva-
to: verificare la possibilità di
un'eventuale installazione la-
terale, in sostituzione dell'in-
stallazione dall'alto, con un di-
spositivo di estensione (ILVB)
ISTRUZIONI PER LA ZONA
POLVERI ESPLOSIVE 10
In caso di installazione del dispo-
sitivo nella zona 10, con pericolo
dovuto alla presenza di polveri
esplosive, attenersi alle relative
norme e regolamenti.
ILVB:
Lunghezza massima "L" in base
alla deviazione (in gradi) rispetto
all'installazione verticale.
