part B of EU directive 2006/42/EC
The manufacturer undertakes to transmit, following an adequately justified request from national
authorities, relevant information on the partly completed machinery. The commitment includes the
means to transmit the information and does not affect the intellectual property rights of the manu-
facturer.
The partly completed machinery must not be put into service until the final machine on
which it must be incorporated has been declared compliant, if applicable, with the provisions
of directive 2006/42/EC.
