6 Further Interfaces
6.2 Interfaces X4.1 / X4.2
Tightening systems, in which more than one
system box is used, are connected with the
BLxxx bus cables from the Rexroth supply
range. Up to a maximum of 16 system boxes
can be connected together. The bus lines are
plugged into the X4.2 and X4.1 interfaces.
The bus is to be closed off with AW300 ter-
mination resistors (consisting of AW301 +
AW302) on the first and last system box. The
AW301 is connected to the X4.1 interface
on the 1st box (the box with KE3x0).
The total line length of all bus lines used may
not exceed 100 m.
The X4.2 and X4.1 interfaces are only active
when a RK300 rack coupler is inserted into
each system box (see chapter 5).
