Position "0" (at the end of the Up manoeuvre) will be set directly by the actual
limit established by the box, which will stop the awning and tension the fabric.

POSITIONS "0" and "1"
For AWNINGS: For ROLLER SHUTTERS:
Caution! – This programming procedure is the same as that for roller
shutters fitted with opening stop caps, and "burglar-proof springs" that
prevent roller shutters from being lifted when fully closed.
01. Press and hold down key ▲ or ▼ on the Trans-
mitter, until the roller shutter is at half way.
02. Press and hold down key ■ (for approx. 5 sec-

onds), until the motor performs 1 VIBRATION,

then release the key.
03. Press again and hold down key ■ (for approx. 5

seconds), until the motor performs 4 SHORT

Note – Now the Up manoeuvre is controlled by key ▲ and the Down manoeu-
vre by key ▼ . Both the Up and Down manoeuvres will stop just before pro-
grammed limits "0" and "1".

motor starts to move the roller shutter upwards;
then release the key. Caution! – if the roller
shutter starts to move downwards, press key ▲
(or ▼) briefly to invert the movement upwards.
05. At this point Free-Max will automatically
search and memorise position "0" (positioning

the roller shutter fully up against the "caps"),
1
and then will automatically search and memo-
rise position "1" (positioning the roller shutter
fully down against the "burglar-proof springs").
The end of this operation is indicated by 2
LONG motions of the motor and with the roller
shutter on position "1" (fully closed).
