ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING
THE VEHICLE MUST BE ASSEMBLED BY ADULTS.
BEWARE WHEN EXTRACTING THE VEHICLE
FROM THE PACKAGING.
ALL THE NECESSARY SCREWS AND SMALL
COMPONENTS ARE STORED IN A BAG INSIDE
THE PACKAGING.
THE BATTERY MAY ALREADY BE INSTALLED.
Do not use the toy if you find it damaged after
opening the packaging. Contact the shop where you
bought it or the customer support centre.
Take care in the presence of children while
assembling the toy, given the risks caused by small
parts (ingestion hazard) and the plastic bags that
contain them (choking hazard).
To assemble the toy, you will need a flat-head
screwdriver, a Phillips screwdriver, a hammer, and a
pair of pliers.
ASSEMBLY
1 • Attach one of the hub covers (with a square hole
in the middle) to one of the two wheels with a
square hole.
2 • Turn the wheel over and apply the driver shown
in the detail illustration (with the hexagonal end),
aligning the 4 pins with the holes in the wheel.
3 • Insert a self-locking cap with a square inside on
the conical bushing, as shown in the drawing.
• Put the square axle into the hole in the self-
locking cap and use the hammer to anchor the
two components in place.
4 • Put the axle into the wheel you have assembled,
on the hub cover side.
5 • Insert the axle and wheel into the hole in the
gearmotor on the back of the product.
• Align the pentagon in the gearmotor with the
pentagon of the driver. Push all the way in to set
in place.
6 • Join the remaining hub cover with the square
hole in the middle to the other wheel with the
square hole.
• Turn the wheel over and apply the driver shown
in the detail illustration (with the hexagonal end),
aligning the 4 pins with the holes in the wheel.
7 • Fit the wheel onto the axle, pushing the (round)
end of the driver all the way into the hole in the
body.
8 • Insert a self-locking cap with a square inside onto
the black press-stud.
9 • Place the product on its left side. Put the conical
bushing in place under the wheel resting on the
work surface, as shown in the drawing. Rest the
black press-stud on the upper wheel and use a
hammer to fix the wheel in place.
10 • Insert the prong at the front of the body until it
snaps onto the pin at the bottom of the
template, as shown in the drawing (see detail in
next photo).
11 • The peg on the prong must fit into the curved
opening, as shown in the drawing.
12 • Insert the nut provided into its housing under
the front mud flap. Insert the threaded pin from
the opposite side.
13 • Screw in the threaded pin to anchor the prong in
place under the body, making sure that the nut
does not come out of its seat.
14 • Press the template into place, hooking the lower
part onto the prong with the two tongues.
15 • Press the handlebar onto the three holes in the
prong.
16 • Secure the bumper to the frame using the two
screws provided.
17 • Fit the two hand grips onto the handlebar until
the tongues click into place (see detail).
18 • Take the bell components out of their box.
19 • Fit the spring and then the bell onto the
handlebar (follow the instructions on the
illustrated instruction leaflet). Put the cover in
place and fix the entire assembly in place with
the ring nut.
20 • Apply the remaining two hub covers to the
remaining wheel (the one with the round hole).
21 • Insert a self-locking cap with a circle inside on
the conical bushing, as shown in the drawing.
• Put the remaining axle into the hole in the self-
locking cap and use the hammer to anchor the
two components in place.
22 • Insert the wheel between the tubes of the front
prong, aligning all the holes. Insert the axle as
shown in the drawing.
23 • Insert a self-locking cap with a circle inside onto
the black press-stud.
• Place the product on its side with the part of the
axle with the cap facing down. Position the
conical bushing as shown in the drawing. Rest the
black press-stud on the other side and use a
hammer to fix the wheel in place.
24 • Connect the terminals of the electrical system
and the battery.
25 • Put the saddle in position, inserting the tongue in
the body as shown in the figure. Push the
anchoring pin all the way into the hole at the
rear.
26 • Turn the anchoring pin to position B to lock the
saddle in place.
27 • The vehicle is now ready for use. Press the
accelerator pedal while keeping both hands on
the handlebar.
