Function descriptions

TIME
If you have chosen this function with the MODE-button, the computer will show the exercise time
in minutes and seconds. Display range: 0:0 – 99:59. The small arrow is pointing to „TIME". Ple-
ase press „ST/STOP" to start exercise and time count. How to enter a preset time value: You
may set a target time before exercise. Time then will countdown from your preset value when
start to exercise. As soon as 0:00 is reached, the computer will beep to remind you that your time
is over. Press "Mode" until the small arrow points to "TIME". Set your target time with the "SET"-
button (max. 99 minutes). Press "ST/STOP" and start to exercise. When the beep signal starts
you may stop it with the button „ST/STOP".

TOTAL COUNT
The display shows the accumulated strokes done with this device. If battery will be removed, the
value will be set to zero. Display range: 0 – 9999.

COUNT
The display shows the strokes during the actual workout. Display range: 0 – 9999. Presetting
a target count figure: You may preset a target figure for strokes. Please proceed as described
under point "Time" accordingly.

CALORIE
Shows the approximate* energy consumption in kcal. Display range: 0 – 9999 kcal. You may also
preset Calories. For preset, please proceed as described under point "Time" accordingly.
*Hints:
a) If the computer display does not show any values, please check all plug-in connections carefully
to ensure that they have proper contact, and look to see whether the batteries have been inserted
correctly!
b) The calorie consumption (kcal) values registered and displayed with this computer merely serve as
indicative values for a person of medium stature with medium resistance setting, and can deviate
considerably from the actual medically precise calorie consumption.
c) This computer has been tested according to the corresponding EMC standards. Even so, it is still
possible for interference, in particular electrostatic discharge, to affect the display, possibly resul-
ting in an unwanted reset or defect display. In this case, simply restart the computer (wait for it to
switch off and on again) or take the batteries out briefly).
d) Please take out the batteries before disposal of the device and dispose of in an environmental
friendly manner.
