ELECTRIC START
1.
Plug the plug into a 230 V earthed power
point.
2.
Put the ignition knob in ignition mode.
3.
Set the throttle lever in the high revs
position.
4.
Close the choke if the engine is cold.
5.

hole and press the primer bulb 3–5
times. If the engine is warm, block the
ventilation hole and press the primer bulb

the engine stops, start it again and let it

Function check

1.
Switch off the engine and put the gear

turning.
2.
Release the drive lever and push the
snowblower forwards again.
3.
Move the gear lever to the position for
the highest reverse gear and back to the
position for the highest forward gear.
The gear lever should move easily and the
wheels should start turning.
4.
If the gear lever is stiff, of if the wheels
stop moving, loosen the lock nut on the
drive lever wire and extend the wire one
turn of the nut.
5.
If the wheels do not stop moving when
the drive lever is released, loosen the lock
nut on the drive lever wire and shorten
the wire one turn of the nut.
6.
Repeat this check and readjust, if
necessary. Tighten the lock nut when you
