is applicable for the first owner and only within a period of 3 years after the date of purchase. To
get a replacement helmet, fill out the form on https://cratoni.com/kundenservice and send the
defective helmet (with serial number) to the respective CRATONI distributor in your country. You
can find out the sales partner's address from info@cratoni.com or phone +49 (7183) 939300.
We can only accept prepaid shipments. Enclose the original proof of purchase and a detailed
description of the cause of the accident with the shipment. The helmet sent in will be replaced for
you at 50% of the recommended retail price with cash on delivery.
If the same model is no longer available, the model will be chosen that comes closest to the
defective helmet in terms of shape, price, size and colour.
12. WAIVER INFORMATION
By purchasing and using a CRATONI product, you waive relevant legal claims and claims for
damages. You should thus ensure that you have read and understood the following conditions
before using the product. By using this product, you agree to this agreement and waive any and
all claims. If you do not agree to all conditions of this agreement, return the product against
complete repayment.
1. You must completely understand and accept all risks (including those resulting from improper
behaviour on your part or by others) occurring during the use of the product.
2. You must ensure that your health allows for the use of the product and that you are in a sufficiently
good physical condition to use devices that can be used together with the product. Apart from that,
you must ensure that the product does not restrict your abilities and that you can use it safely.
3. You must be of full age and be able to accept responsibility for the use of the product.
4. You must read and understand the following warnings and information:
• CRATONI recommends obtaining any and all relevant information regarding weather conditions,
traffic situation and road conditions in advance and to be prepared before using the product.
• Use the product carefully and never after having consumed alcohol.
5. You must read and completely understand all conditions for legal rights and warnings related to the
use of the product. By using the product, you moreover agree to all conditions regarding the waiver.
6. You must fully understand that this guarantee does not apply to helmets that have been involved in
an accident, alienated or misused (intentionally or unintentionally), used negligently, manipulated,
modified or incorrectly maintained. Apart from that, this guarantee does not cover any fluorescent
colours that are used for certain CRATONI helmet models. They may become weaker and fade in the
course of time and due to contact of the helmet with environmental influences.
CRATONI is thus not liable for injuries, deaths and loss of or damage to means of transport, property
or objects belonging to you or third parties, occurring during the use of the device.
