• Always check that the strap system is correctly adjusted before you use the helmet.
Please note! An open strap divider may cause the helmet to slip. The helmet may lose all
or part of the protection it offers as a result or restrict your field of vision to such an extent that
an accident may occur.
4. SIZE ADJUSTMENT
Our CRATONI Smart Helmets are equipped with the Light Fit System (size adjustment system)
[Fig. 5] to ensure the best possible fit and wearing comfort. The Light Fit System (LFS) consists
of a flexible plastic frame inside the helmet and an adjustment wheel in the neck area.
The size is changed by turning the adjustment wheel in the neck area:
• To make the helmet bigger: Turn the adjustment wheel to the left
• To make the helmet smaller: Turn the adjustment wheel to the right
Please note! If you cannot adjust the helmet so that it can only be pushed forward or
backwards slightly with the straps closed, do not use it! Replace the helmet with a smaller or
different model.
5. INSTALLATION
Our CRATONI Smart Helmets distinguish themselves by their smart technology and offer
extensive interactive functions. The CRATONI Connect App has to be used to ensure that the
technology that transforms the helmet into a communication centre can be used to the full.
a. Activate Bluetooth on your smartphone.
b. In the settings of your smartphone, activate the location services (iOS) or the location (Android).
c. Download and start the CRATONI Connect App.
d. You have to accept all necessary authorisations; otherwise, the Smart Helmet will not work.
e. The initial set-up screen appears; here, select SMARTRIDE or MADROC PRO in the APP.
f. Switch on your CRATONI Smart Helmet and connect it in the Bluetooth settings of your
smartphone
g. Please enter your name as it will be displayed in the emergency SMS as the person who suffered
an accident.
h. You can select up to 3 emergency contacts. The emergency contact must be a mobile phone
number that has to be set up with a + and the country code of your country, e.g. for Germany:
+49163xxxxxxx.
