10. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
10.1 SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING THE BATTERY
The CRATONI Smart Helmets are operated with a lithium polymer battery; please observe
all safety instructions in this manual. Strong heat development of the battery may lead to
explosion, fire or serious injuries.
• High temperatures such as long direct solar radiation or the use and storage of the helmets inside
the car may lead to strong heat developments which may cause damage at the helmet, burns at
head and neck or combustion, bursting or explosion of the battery.
• The battery performance will get worse in the course of time if the device is not used for a longer
period of time.
• The battery must not be disposed of in the domestic waste; it must be separately collected and
disposed of according to the local regulations.
10.2 SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING THE PRODUCTS
Observe all safety instructions in this manual. If you do not observe the safety instructions
carefully, this may lead to damage at the product.
