6.4 REMOTE CONTROL
The CRATONI SMARTRIDE remote control can be mounted on your bicycle's handlebars by means
of the fastening set and enables the bicycle helmet to be operated easily. The remote control
allows for easy access to your smartphone's music function as well as the helmet's light and
BLUETOOTH INTERCOM function.
6.4.1 SWITCHING ON THE REMOTE CONTROL
Operate the slider [Fig. 15g] of the remote control to switch it on and off. If the remote control is
on, a green field is visible; if the remote control is off, this field is red.
Please note! The remote control must not be connected in the Bluetooth settings of your
smartphone. The remote control is only connected in the CRATONI Connect App
6.4.2 ASSEMBLY
We recommend a position on the right-hand side of the handlebars between the brake/gear
shift and the handle [Fig.13]. Using the supplied fastening set, the remote control can be easily
fastened and removed from the handlebar. The remote control can be removed from the holder
by pushing it upwards [Fig. 14].
6.4.3 KEY ASSIGNMENT (FIG.15)
a: Briefly press key = reduce volume (-) / increase volume (+)
Press and hold key = previous track (<<) / next track (>>)
b: Play / Pause
c: Accept call/hang up
d: Switch BLUETOOTH INTERCOM on/off
e: Switch LED indicator on/off
f: Switch LED rear light on/off
g: on/off
7. CRATONI MADROC PRO SPECIAL FEATURES
7.1 CHIN STRAP
The chin strap is an extended protection zone. The chin strap can be released by pressing the
pushbutton; in this way, the helmet can also be used without a chin strap, depending on the
requirements [Fig. 9].
