Find the igniter housing on the back side of the fi re wall.
The air intake hole is a small hole location on the side of
the housing.
Ensure the air intake hole is clear of any material or
blockage.
Also, look from the front of the appliance to ensure there
are no debris around the igniter element inside of the
igniter housing.
Put power directly to the igniter. Watch the tip of the igniter
form the front of the appliance. After two minutes, the tip
should glow. If it does not, replace the igniter.
Check the voltage going to the igniter during startup. The
voltage should be running a full current (115V). If the
voltage is lower than the full current, check the wiring. If
the wiring is fully functional, replace the control board.
Replace affected gaskets.
Check if there are any holes or damages in the venting
system. If there is an issue, seal the vents properly.
Replace venting if needed.
Remove the left side access panel and check all
connections against the wiring diagram (for the insert,
remove from cavity).
Apply 115V AC directly to the exhaust blower.
If the motor does not run, replace the blower. If the motor
runs, have a service technician check the wire harness.

Close fuel lid.
Replace vacuum hose.
Manually reset the high limit switch.
Tighten the screw. Replace if needed.
Directly run the power to the auger. If the auger is func-
tional check and replace the wire harness. If the auger is
still not functioning, replace the auger.
