10.4.1 EW-PG wall-mounting
The following is a description of the
i
installation to an already installed
ducting network
Take the pump manufacturer's
i
specifications about minimum water
circulation quantities into account
during installation.
Remove the insulation shell.
Fit the EW-PG sub-shell with the pump
assembly in it to the existing ducting. Only
hand-tighten the nuts.
Mark the positions of the EW-PG sub-shell
fixing holes.
Remove the pump assembly, drill the fixing
holes and insert the supplied dowels.
Fix the EW-PG sub-shell to the wall with
the supplied installation material.
Locate the pump assembly in the sub-shell
and connect it to the ducting network.
Fit the expansion tank supply pipe (11) to
the pressure gauge (5).
Install the holder (13) and the expansion
tank.
Check all screw-connections and tighten
them as necessary.
Check that all connections are leak-tight.
Place the insulation shell on the pump
assembly and connect it carefully to the
sub-shell.
10.4.2 Brine distributor
Use a standard brine distributor to
i
connect the ground collector ducts.
Install a brine distributor in the forward and
return flows.
Connect the collector ducts (pressure ducts
EW-D, forward and return flow) with the
pump assembly.
Lay the ducts between the pump assembly
and the EW-K 225.
Once you have checked that there
i
are no leaks, insulate the brine ducts
(diffusion-resistant).
