After use
• Turn off the appliance and remove the plug from
the main socket.
Maintenance
• Before cleaning, always turn the switch to the "off"
position and remove the plug from the main
socket.
• Clean the outside of the housing with a damp cloth
and a non-corrosive liquid.
• Remove the top part of the housing (Fig. 1)

• Remove the knife and the chevron Attention! The
knife is very sharp.
• The knife, the chevron and the upper part of the
housing are dishwasher proof.
• Dry the appliance thoroughly before re-assem-
bling it.
