finely.
There is too much coffee in
the filter.
The filter is blocked.

is worn.
Solutions
Check that there is current at the socket.
Activate the START/STOP button and check that
the temperature light is flashing.
Exit standby mode by activating the
START/STOP button.
Fill the water tank. See the "Draining the water
circuit" paragraph to restart the pump.
Remove the tank and reposition it correctly.
Check your grind setting on your grinder and
readjust it to a coarser grind.
Use the quantity indicated in the instructions.
Dip the filter in soapy water to clean it; gently
scrub to remove superficial dirt. Use a fine needle
to remove any dirt, limescale and rinse under clear
water.
If necessary, perform more thorough cleaning
(See section "Thorough cleaning" on page 18).
It is imperative that you let the hot water flow
through the spout to lower the temperature
of the thermo block.
Completely descale the appliance (See section
"Descaling" on page 16).
Tighten the filter holder to the group head.
Locking of the filter holder will get easier after the
first uses.
Center the pod and fold the edges inside the
filter.
Get a professional from an Approved Service
Center to replace the joint.
