Replacing the Four Point Headstrap
On the top strap, thread the headgear tabs through the slots in the forehead support arm
(Figure 5). Fold the tabs back so that they catch onto the headgear straps. On the lower
straps, press the balls of the swivel clips into the sockets on the faceplate.
Patient Access and Removing the Mask
Disconnect the bottom strap swivel clips and swing
the mask upward (Figure 6). This allows easy access
to the patient. To remove completely, disconnect the
bottom strap swivel clips and pull the entire assembly
over the patient's head.
If using the Four Point Headstrap, disconnect the
bottom strap swivel clips and pull the entire assembly
off over the patient's head.
Cushion and Flap Assembly
This mask is intended for single patient use and is fully assembled
and ready to use. Place the gel cushion onto the faceplate (Figure 7).
Then place the flap over the gel cushion and push the retaining ring
onto the faceplate until the connection tabs click into place. Tug on
the cushion to make sure all of the parts are securely in place.
Disposal
Dispose of in accordance with local regulations.
