c) LANGUAGE
This field permits to select the language.
d) BEEP
This function permits to activate (ON) or deactivate (OFF) the RP-250 beeper.
When it is on, it sounds on pressing any key in order to alert the user.
e) AUTO POWER OFF
This field permits to activate (ON) or deactivate (OFF) the POWER-OFF function.
When this function is ON, the unit automatically turns off when it has remained
inactive for a period of 10 minutes.

UNITS
The RP-250 allows to select the level measurement units between dBmV, dBµV
and dBm.
g) PILOTS
Sets the number of pilot signals that the equipment generates in the operating
frequency band (5 to 2500 MHz).
h) STEP
It defines the numerical value for each increase or decrement selected by means of
the cursor keys [7].
i)
NETWORK IP
It specifies the instrument IP address.
When using the dynamic host configuration protocol (DHCP) the following value
must be indicated: 0.0.0.0
j)
NETMASK
32-bits value which allows the IP packet target to differentiate between the network
identifier part and the host identifier part within the IP address.
The specified value must be contiguous and generally it uses the following format:
255.x.x.x.
k) GATEWAY
Device connected to several IP networks with capacity to transport IP packets.
In case of absence, the following value must be entered: 0.0.0.0.
When pressing INFO [F1] key next data are also indicated: battery charge
level (BATTERY) expressed in volts, control program version (SOFTWARE) and the
SERIAL NUMBER.
To exit from the internal function configuration menu and back to the main menu,
press the BACK option from the lower selection box, or the direct main menu
access button [13].
