CHAPTER 4. MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS, RECOMMENDATIONS.
In order for the equipment to have a long life we must follow some essential rules for maintenance and
use. Abide by these recommendations.
CORRECT MAINTENANCE OF THE EQUIPMENT WILL AVOID A GREAT PERCENTAGE OF FAULTS.
4.1. MAINTENANCE OF THE MACHINE. GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS.
Before carrying out any operation on the machine or gun, we must place switch A of the equipment in "O"
position of machine disconnected.
Specialized personnel must handle the machine to carry out maintenance and repair operations.
BLOW THE INSIDE OF THE MACHINE WITH COMPRESSED AIR FROM TIME TO TIME.
LOCATE THE EQUIPMENT IN A PLACE WHERE CLEAN AIR IS CONSTANTLY REPLACED.
The machine ventilations must be kept free. It must be located in a place where clean air is renewed.
KEEP THE MACHINE PANELS CLOSED.
DO NOT DISCONNECT THE MACHINE IF IT IS HOT.
If you have finished the work do not disconnect the machine immediately, wait until the inner cooling
system has totally cooled it.
CHAPTER 5. ANOMALIES. PROBABLE CAUSES. POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS.
SYMPTOM. ANOMALY.
THE COOLING MODULE
DOES NOT WORK. THE
GREEN LIGHT DOES NOT
COME ON.
THERE IS NO COOLANT
LIQUID CIRCULATION
SPECIALIZED PERSONNEL MUST CARRY OUT ANY WORK ON THE EQUIPMENT.
BOTH AT THE BEGINNING AND END OF A REPAIR CHECK THE EQUIPMENT INSULATION LEVELS. DISCONNECT THE
In the event that lack of insulation is observed it is likely that this is due to the accumulation of metal
dust on the inside of the equipment.

PROBABLE CAUSE.
The cooling module has not been connected to
the power source
General ON/OFF switch A of the cooling
module is in O position.
The cooling module protection fuse is open
The coolant liquid tank is below the minimum
level necessary. Low pressure lamp D is on.
There is air in the coolant liquid circuit. The
pump does not charge. Low pressure lamp D
is on.
The cooler pump has blocked.
ELECTRONIC BOARDS WHEN MEASURING THE INSULATION.
COMPRESSED AIR.
POSSIBLE SOLUTION.
Connect the cooling module to the power source.
Apply the cooling module general ON/OFF switch
Replace protection fuse.
Fill the tank with coolant liquid above the minimum
level necessary:
75% Distilled water + 25% Alcohol
Disconnect the extension cooling tubes from the
cooling module. Purge the air as indicated in
CHAPTER 3 of this manual.
Make the pump unlocking as indicated in chapter 3.
