Enlèvement de la prise de terminaison
Montage
Auf der Geräterückseite des PNOZ XM1
befindet sich 1 Stecker, auf der Rückseite
des Erweiterungsgeräts befinden sich
2 Stecker. Verbinden Sie das PNOZ XE2
über die mitgelieferte Steckbrücke mit dem
PNOZ XM1 und dem Eweiterungsgerät:
• Ziehen Sie den Abschlußstecker des
PNOZ XM1 ab (Fig. 2).
• Setzen Sie das PNOZ XE2 rechts neben
das PNOZ XM1 und stecken Sie die
Steckbrücke.
• Verbinden Sie bis zu 9 Erweiterungsgeräte
auf die gleiche Weise (Fig. 3). Die
Kombination von PNOZ XE1 und
PNOZ XE 2 ist beliebig.
• Stecken Sie auf den rechten Stecker des
letzten Erweiterungsgeräts die Steck-
brücke, die Sie vom PNOZ XM1 abgezo-
gen haben (Fig. 3).
Bauen Sie das Sicherheitsschaltgerät in
einen Schaltschrank mit einer Schutzart von
mindestens IP 54 ein. Das Gerät läßt sich
auf eine Normschiene aufschnappen.
Sichern sie das Gerät bei Montage auf einer
senkrechten Tragschiene (35 mm) durch ein
Halteelement wie z. B. Endhalter oder
Endwinkel.
Inbetriebnahme
Beachten Sie bei der Inbetriebnahme:

unbedingt einhalten.
Ablauf:
• Gerät wie in Kapitel "Montage" beschrie-
ben verbinden.

Installation
There is one socket on the rear of the PNOZ
XM1 and two sockets on the back of the
input module. Connect the PNOZ XE2 and
the PNOZ XM1 using the link supplied with
the device :
• Pull out the terminator from the PNOZ
XM1 (Fig. 2).
• Place the PNOZ XE2 to the right of the
PNOZ XM1 and connect the two devices
using the link supplied
• A maximum of 9 input modules can be
connected using the same method (Fig.
3). You can have any combination of
PNOZ XE1 and XE2 devices up to a
maximum of 9 units.
• Insert the terminator you removed from
the PNOZ XM1 into the right-hand socket
of the last input module (Fig. 3).
The safety relay should be panel mounted
(min. IP 54). The unit can be mounted on to
a DIN-Rail. If the unit is installed on a
vertical mounting rail (35 mm), ensure the
device is secured using a fixing bracket such
as an end bracket or an end angle.

Montage
A l'arrière du PNOZ XM1 se trouve 1 con-
necteur, à l'arrière de l'appareil d'extension
2 connecteurs. Raccordez le PNOZ XE2 sur
le PNOZ XM1 et l'appareil d'extension à
l'aide du pont enfichable fourni :
• Retirez la prise de terminaison du
PNOZ XM1 (Fig. 2).
• Placez le PNOZ XE2 à droite du
PNOZ XM1 puis branchez le pont
enfichable.
• Raccordez de cette manière les autres
appareils d'extension(max. 9) (Fig. 3).
Vous pouvez librement associer des
PNOZ XE1 et PNOZ XE2.
• Branchez sur le connecteur droit du
dernier appareil d'extension le pont
enfichable que vous avez retiré du
PNOZ XM1 (Fig. 3).
Montez le relais de sécurité dans une
armoire électrique ayant au moins un indice
de protection IP 54. L'appareil peut être
encliqueté sur un rail DIN. En cas de
montage sur un profilé support vertical
(35 mm), fixez l'appareil à l'aide d'un
élément de retenue comme par ex. une
console ou une équerre terminale.
