- In case a hatch plate is assembled (whether it is long or short),
instructions indicated below will have to be followed (SAME ON BOTH
SIDES):

- Pressure the (2) protection lids, fitting central studs on hatch.
a- hit mark of indicated hole, to open it, when long hatch is assembled.
seal all around edge by applying a thread of silicone.

- Place waterproof joints
a- (2) for short hatch
b- (4) for long hatch

- Assemble previously mentioned set on Bycool base and secure using
indicated screws, to which a piece of provided sealer will be added
(detail x). In remaining holes, place waterproof plugs (detail y) after
putting them in water to facilitate their placing.
Seal all around edge, from inside, as shown, by applying a thread
a-
of silicone.
IMPORTANT:
Point screws and always tighten them from sides to centre so that
waterproof joints adjust perfectly.

- As in point but for a long hatch. In this case, put waterproof plugs on
both sides of the (4) holes remaining exposed, thus preventing water
From entering.
In caso di effettuare un montaggio della placca dello
sportello (lunga o corta), si procederà a realizzare le
seguenti operazioni (UGUALE IN ENTRAMBI I LATI)
1-
Premere i (2) coperchi di protezione, inserendo i teloni centrali,
sopra lo sportello.
a-
colpirlo nel segno del foro segnato, per aprirlo,
quando si colloca lo sportello largo.
b
-siggillare il contorno con silicone
2-
Collocare le giunte a tenuta stagna
a-
(2) per lo sportello corto
b-
(4) per lo sportello lungo
3-
Montare tutto l'insieme anteriore sulla base del
Bycool procedendo nel fissaggio delle viti indicate,
ai quali si metterà una quantità di sigillante fornito
x
(dettaglio ), nel resto dei fori, collocare i tappi a
y
tenuta stagna (dettaglio ), bagnarli con acqua per
facilitare la sua collocazione.
a-siggillare tutto il contorno dall'interno, come indicato, con silicone.
IMPORTANTE
Appuntare le viti e stringerle in ogni caso, dagli estremi,
verso il centro, per la regolazione perfetta delle giunte a
tenuta stagna.

Ugualmente al punto ma con sportello largo. In questo caso,
mettere i tappi a tenuta stagna in entrambi gli estremi dei (4) fori
che rimangono all'aria, evitando in questo modo, qualsiasi entrata
d'acqua.
-
No caso de montar a placa escotilha (longa ou curta), deve realizar as seguinte operações: (IGUAL EM AMBOS LADOS):

Carregar sobre as tampas protetoras, acoplando os pinos centrais sobre a escotilha
a- golpee na marca do furo indicado, para abrí-lo, quando coloque a escotilha longa.

b- elar o contorno com um filete de silicone.

Coloque juntas de vedação
a
- (2) para a escotilha curta
b
- (b) para a escotilha longa

Monte todo o conjunto anterior sobre a base do Bycool e fixe com os parafusos indicados, nos quais deve-se colocar um pedaço do produto de
vedação Fornecido (detalhe X) e no resto dos furos, coloque tampas de vedação (detalhe y), molhe-os em água para facilitar a sua colocação.

Selar todo o contorno pelo interior, conforme indicado, aplicando filete de silicone.

IMPORTANTE:
Coloque os parafusos e aperte-os desde os extremos, até o centro, para um ajuste perfeito das juntas de vedação.

Igual que o ponto , porém com escotilha longa. Neste caso, ponha tampas de vedação em ambas extremidades dos (4) furos que ficam ao descoberto,
evitando deste modo, qualquer entrada d'água.
- Dans le cas où une plaque d'écoutille serait montée (longue ou courte), les

- Faire pression sur les (2) couvercles de protection de façon à emboîter les
tétons centraux dans l'écoutille.
a- frapper sur la marque du trou indiqué, pour l'ouvrir, lorsque l'écoutille
longue est utilisée.
b- Sceller le contour en appliquant un filet de silicone.

- Placer des joints d'étanchéité
a- (2) pour l'écoutille courte
b- (4) pour l'écoutille longue

- Monter tout l'ensemble antérieur sur la base du Bycool et fixer à l'aide des
vis indiquées, auxquelles un morceau de l'obturateur fourni sera ajouté
(détail x). Dans le reste des trous, placer les bouchons d'étanchéité
(détail y) après les avoir trempés dans de l'eau pour faciliter leur
Placement.

- Sceller tout le contour, à partir de l'intérieur, tel que cela est indiqué, en
appliquant un filet de silicone.
IMPORTANT:
Pointer les vis et les serrer toujours des extrémités vers le centre afin
d'obtenir un ajustement parfait des joints d'étanchéité.

- Comme au point mais pour une écoutille longue. Dans ce cas, mettre les
bouchons d'étanchéité des deux côtés des (4) trous qui restent à l'air,
Évitant ainsi toute possibilité d'entrée d'eau.

diese zu öffnen, wenn die lange Lukenklappe angebracht wird.

-den Umfang mit einer Silikondichtschnur abdichten

Dichtungen anbringen
a-
(2) für kurze Luke
b-
(4) für lange Luke

Die gesamte vorstehende Einheit auf der Basis des Bycool
montieren und mit den gezeigten Schrauben befestigen, an
denen ein Stück des gelieferten Dichtungsbands aufgelegt wird
(Ausschnitt X), und in die restlichen Bohrungen Dichtungsdeckel einsetzen
(Ausschnitt Y), diese werden für eine einfachere
Installation mit Wasser angefeuchtet.
a
-den gesamten Umfang von der Innenseite wie gezeigt mit einer
Silikondichtschnur abdichten.
WICHTIG:
Die Schrauben einsetzen und immer von den Enden zur Mitte hin
festziehen, damit die Dichtungen perfekt anliegen.

Gleich wie Punkt aber bei langer Luke. In diesem Fall
Dichtungsdeckel von beiden Seiten der (4) freiliegenden
Bohrungen einsetzen, damit ein Wassereintritt ausgeschlossen
Ist.
