Motor cooling fan inspection and cleaning
WARNING!
These operations can only be carried out by trained
and qualified personnel.
Periodically clean the motor cooling fan to prevent the motor
from overheating, especially if the vacuum cleaner is used in a
dusty place (1, Fig. 5).
Any other servicing should be performed by an authorized
representative.
Commissioning after longer standstill
Before recommissioning after a longer standstill, measure the
insulation resistance of the drive motor. With values ≤ 1 kΩ per
volt of nominal voltage, the winding is too dry. In such case, do
not use the vacuum cleaner and contact the manufacturer's
service center.

Make sure that connecting hose is in a good condition and
correctly fixed (1).
If the hose is damaged, broken or badly connected to the
unions, it must be replaced.
When sticky materials are treated, check for possible clogging
along the hose, in the inlet and on the baffle plate inside the
filtering chamber.
Scrape the inlet (2) from the outside and remove the deposited
waste as indicated in the figure.

If the gasket (2) between the collection container (3) and the
filter chamber (1) is torn, broken, etc. replace the gasket (2).

Disposing of the vacuum cleaner
Dispose of the vacuum cleaner in compliance with the laws in
force.
