ENTER/REC button
This button is used to switch an effect on/off,
or to start recording in Phrase Trainer mode.

Input level switch
Use this to adjust the input level (appropriate
for the output level of your bass).

Amp Modeling selector
Select the type of amp modeling.
L/M buttons

Use these buttons to select programs and edit
effects.

OUTPUT jack
Connect this jack to your bass amp or head-
phones etc.

INPUT jack
Connect your bass to this jack.

AUX jack (stereo)
Connect this jack to a CD player or other au-
dio source.

DC 4.5V
The separately sold AC adapter (DC 4.5V
) should be connected here.

√/® buttons
Use these buttons to select the parameter that
you wish to edit, and to operate the Phrase
Trainer function.

Power switch/Backlight switch
This switch turns the power On/Off, and also
turns the backlight On/Off.
Using the backlight and/or infra-red wireless
headphone transmitter, significantly shortens
the lifespan of the batteries.

Value dial
Use this to adjust the master level, edit effects,
and select programs.

TAP button
You can set the Delay Time by pressing this
button twice at the desired tempo of delay. In
Rhythm mode, you can set the tempo of the
rhythm in the same way.

Mode buttons
Use these buttons to enter the Rhythm, Phrase
Trainer, or AUX Pitch modes.
