Dimmable light
(DU* /D)
The light is operated via the two
keys [22.1 and 22.2] on the column:
To switch the light on or off, press
the lower key [22.1].
To switch the light on to the last
saved dimming value, press the
upper key [22.2].
The light can be dimmed upward or
downward by continued pressing
of the upper key [22.2].
For dimming press the upper
key [22.2] and keep it depressed.
After about 1 second, the light will
change its intensity.
To change the dimming direction,
release the key [22.2] and press
it again.
Upon releasing the key [22.2],
the set light level will be saved
automatically.
External switching On/Off
Note: By default, this function is
disabled.
Activating external switching
Press both switches simultane-
ously and keep them depressed
for ten seconds.
The green LED will be lit.
Press the lower switch once.
The light-green LED will flash.
Note: If the light-green LED is lit
constantly, the function has already
been activated. You can quit the
setting by not pressing any key for
ten seconds.
Press the upper switch once.
The light-green LED will be lit
constantly.
Wait for ten seconds.
The light will switch to the bright-
ness saved last when the socket is
supplied with power.
Deactivating external switching
Press both switches simultane-
ously and keep them depressed
for ten seconds.
The green LED will be lit.
Press the lower switch once.
The light-green LED will be lit
constantly.
Note: If the light-green LED is
flashing, the function has already
been deactivated. You can quit the
setting by not pressing any key for
ten seconds.
Press the upper switch once.
The light-green LED will flash.
Wait for ten seconds.
The light will remain switched off
when the socket is supplied with
power.
