• Cooking is controlled by the upper and lower heating elements and by the fan.
• This position allows you to cook identical or different types of food on up to 2 levels.
• After preheating the oven, cook the food as indicated in the cooking guide.
Keeping warm

• Heat regulated by the upper and lower elements with use of fan.
• Recommended for letting dough rise for bread, brioche, kugelhopf, etc, without
exceeding 40°C (plate warming, defrosting).
