L’angle de remorquage préféré pour tout broyeur est lorsque le châssis est parallèle au sol. La hauteur de la tête peut être réglée entre 43 cm et 100 cm au-dessus du sol, ce qui donne une plage de réglage totale de 57 cm.

  • Page 41 ADJUSTING THE TOWHEAD HEIGHT The TW 280TDHB(a) chipper has the ability to adjust the towhead height to correspond with the vehicles towing point. The preferred towing angle of any chipper is with the chassis level to the ground. The adjustable head has the ability to move between 432mm from the ground to 1005mm giving an overall adjustment of 573mm.

    NOTE: Regardless of storage time, all Timberwolf machines must be in a stable, level position when unhitched from a vehicle. Lower the Jockey wheel, unhitch and lower the prop stand, to ensure the machine is unable to roll or move unintentionally during storage.

    DELIVERY All Timberwolf TW 280TDHB/(a) machines have a full pre - delivery inspection before leaving the factory and are ready to use. Read and understand this instruction manual before attempting to operate the chipper. In particular, read pages 6- 8 which contain important health and safety information and advice.

    The reverse function will work at any engine speed. EMERGENCY STOPPING There are two ways of stopping the TW 280TDHB/(a) chipper in the event of an emergency. Stopping the rollers Activating the red safety bar will stop the rollers immediately. The rotor will still be turning, the engine must be powered down to stop the rotor.
