motor car at the front when approaching a stop signal,
since otherwise it will not stop at the correct spot.

Note on digital operation

• When operating in a digital system for the first time (SX1,
SX2, or DCC), the decoder must be set to this digital sys-
tem. To do this, the decoder must be programmed once in
this digital system (example: change the address).
• A decoder is installed in each of the two powered end
cars. These two decoders should be programmed at the
same address for simpler control of the train.
• The two powered end cars should always if possible be
programmed separately from each other.
