GETRIEBE
Getriebe und Antriebsmotor bilden eine kompakte
Einheit, die gegen Umwelteinflüsse (Feuchtigkeit,
Schmutz, ...) weitgehend unempfindlich ist.
Die Getriebegehäuse bestehen aus Grauguß. Zahn-
räder
sind
aus
hochverschleißfesten
gefertigt und einsatzgehärtet; Zahnflanken sind
geschliffen.
Die
Schrägverzahnung
Bearbeitung gewährleisten einen ruhigen Lauf.
Alle Getriebemotoren können mit einem 2. Motor-
wellenende geliefert werden. Die Abtriebswellen der
Getriebe besitzen am Wellenspiegel ein Innen-
gewinde nach DIN 332, Blatt 2.
Liegen außergewöhnliche Betriebsbedingungen vor,
erbitten wir Rückfrage unter genauer Angabe der
Betriebsverhältnisse.
Die Stirnradgetriebe der Standardreihe können in
Fuß- oder Flanschausführung geliefert werden.
Außerdem ist die Lieferung auch in Fuß / Flansch-
ausführung oder in Fußausführung mit angedrehtem
Rezeß (B 14) möglich. Die Bauform bitten wir in
jedem Fall bekanntzugeben, damit die Entlüftungs-
schraube entsprechend positioniert werden kann.

GEARBOX
Gearbox and motor form a compact unit which to

Helical gearboxes of the standard line can be
supplied in foot or flange mounted design.
Furthermore they are available in foot / flange
mounting or foot mounting with flange B 14. Please
specify the mounting position when ordering, so that
we can place the vent plug in accordingly.

REDUCTEUR
Carter et moteur forment un ensemble compact,
étanche dans une très large mesure à l'influence du
milieu ambiant, humidité, saleté. Le carter est en
fonte grise haute résistance. Les engrenages sont
fabriqués en acier trempé et présente une très haute
résistance à l'usure. Les flancs de denture sont
polies ou subissent un <shafing>. Les engrenages
hélicoïdaux et le travail de la finition de la denture
gartantissent
un
foncitonnement
réducteur.
Tous les motoréducteurs peuvent être livrés avec un
deuxième bout d'arbre moteur. Les arbes de sortie
possèdent un filetage intérieur suivant DIN 332,
feuille 2.
En cas de fonctionnement particulier veuillez nous
contacter en nous donnant des indications précises.
Les réducteurs à engrenages cylindriques de la
gamme standard peuvent être livrés avec bride ou
pattes. La livraison des modèles à pattes et bride B5
ou pattes et bride B14 est également possible.
Veuillez nous indiquer la position de montage pour
un positionnement correct du bouchon d'évent.
