Mode of action
The integrated stabilisation rods in the lumbar region and the adjustable tension of the
tension straps reduce the frontal strain that is caused by the increasing weight of the
abdomen, relieving pressure on the abdominal wall, the pelvis and the spine.

Instructions for putting on
• Place the maternity belt around your hips and position it so that the stabilisation roads
are located over your spine in the middle of your lower back. Next fasten the two ends
at the front under your abdomen (Fig. 1). Make sure that the belt is positioned well and
does not bother you when walking or sitting.
• To fasten the elastic tension straps, place your hands in the loops of the two tension
straps on the outermost side (Fig. 2). Pull these forwards until you reach the desired
level of tension. Using the Velcro fastening, gently press the straps to attach them to
the belt.
Washing instructions/care information
To maintain the adhesion of the tension straps and the fastening system and to prevent
other damage, we recommend closing the fastening before washing and attaching the
tension elements to the fastening components. Use a wool or fine wash detergent and
wash at 30°, preferably as handwash. Avoid rubbing and spinning, rinse the material
thoroughly and lay out flat to dry. Do not wring, spin, tumble-dry, dry on radiators or place
in direct sunlight. Do not iron. Do not remove stains with benzene or other chemical
cleaning agents. Do not dry-clean.
Storage
Store in a dry environment at room temperature. Protect against heat, direct sunlight
and humidity.
