•
Using a fresh, moist IPA wipe, thoroughly wipe
the grip section of the Handheld Monitor for one
(1) minute. Discard the wipe.

Using a fresh, moist IPA wipe, thoroughly wipe
the seams of the Handheld Monitor for one
(1) minute. Discard the wipe.
•
Using a fresh, moist IPA wipe, thoroughly wipe
all surfaces of the Handheld Monitor for one
(1) minute. Discard the wipe.
•
Allow the device to air dry. Once dry, visually
inspect the Handheld Monitor for any residual
soil. Repeat cleaning/disinfection instructions if
visible soil is present.
•
Place the cleaned/disinfected device in an
appropriate dry storage area.
8.4 Disposable Cannula Handling/Care
The cannula is a single-use, disposable item. As
such, no formal cleaning or disinfection procedures
apply to the cannula.
8.5 Maintenance
The Endosee Hysteroscope has no
user - serviceable parts.
Note: The Endosee Hysteroscope requires
no calibration or service in the field. All
electronics are tested and validated for
performance at the manufacturer. If the
performance of the Endosee Hysteroscope
is in doubt, contact CooperSurgical, Inc.
Customer Support for assistance.
Maintenance Intervals
Basic preventive maintenance of the Endosee
Hysteroscope is an important function that should
be performed on schedule to ensure safe and
effective operation.
If the integrity or performance of any portion of the
Endosee Hysteroscope is in doubt, the system should
NOT be used until the issue is resolved.
