• Use the adjustment knob (3, Fig. 4.0-1) to position
the tool according to the wheel diameter.

• The locking lever allows locking the tool in the work
position. Lower the lever to release (Fig. 4.1-4) and
lift it to lock (Fig. 4.1-5).

Press the infl ator pedal (1, Fig. 4.1-6) half way down:
air will come out of the infl ation hose end only (2).
Press the button on the Tubeless Beading Nozzle
(3, Fig. 4.1-7), then press the pedal all the way down
quickly (1, Fig. 4.1-6); a high pressure air jet will exit
the Tubeless Beading device.

NOZZLE FIRMLY.
Note: Air simultaneously continues to exit the hose

connected to the tyre.
CAUTION: ONCE BEADING IS COMPLETE,
IMMEDIATELY STOP INTRODUCING AIR.
WHEN OPERATING THE BEADING DEVICE IT IS
MANDATORY TO WEAR EAR PROTECTORS AND
SAFETY GLASSES TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION
FROM NOISE, DUST AND CHIPS BLOWN BY THE
AIR JET.
DANGER OF TYRE EXPLOSION
Stop button
When pressing the Stop button the machine stops the
wheel support rotation.
CAUTION: WE RECOMMEND SWITCHING OFF THE
UNIT AT THE END OF EACH DAY.
