flour
•
2 teaspoons

Prepare Waffle Sticks: Whisk flour, baking powder, sugar and salt together in a medium
mixing bowl.
3. Make a small well in the center of the dry ingredients.
4. Break an egg into a small bowl and whip until fluffy. Add egg plus butter and buttermilk
until combined.
5.
When the red READY light illuminates, add 2 tablespoons batter into each waffle stick mold.
6. Bake for 5 minutes until waffles sticks are golden and crisp.
Hint: To make flavored waffle sticks, melt 1/2 cup of your favorite jam. Add half to
the batter, use the remaining melted jam for dipping.
A great way to use holiday leftovers! Delicious served with turkey sausage.
