1 Operating Elements and Connections
1.1 Receiving module on the front panel
1 Display; during operation, it will show the channel
adjusted [or the radio frequency when one of the
arrow keys (6) is kept pressed]
2 Diversity LED A/B: will show red or green to indi-
cate which of the two internal receiving antennas is
presently active
3 LED RX: will light up when a suitable transmitter is
switched on and set to the channel of the receiving
module
4 LED AF: will light up when an audio signal is
received
5 Button SET to call the adjusting mode for the chan-
nel and to confirm the channel selection
6 Arrow keys
– to select the channel in the adjusting mode:
= channel selection "up"
= channel selection "down"
– to switch over the display (1) to shortly indicate
the radio frequency: keep one of the keys
pressed
7 On-off switch and volume control for the audio sig-
nal received
1.2 Rear panel
8 USB/SD card player (for TXA-150USB only)

Note: The adjustments of the controls MASTER (9) and
the TONE (10) will not affect the output signal at the jack
AUX OUT.
15 Input AUX IN (via 3.5 mm stereo jack) to connect an
audio source with line output level, e. g. CD player
16 CHARGE LED: will light up when the active
speaker system is connected to a mains socket via
the power supply unit
red:
battery is being charged
green: battery is fully charged
17 POWER switch: will light up during operation
Note: If the switch keeps flashing during battery opera-
tion, the battery is almost discharged und should be
recharged; otherwise the speaker system will be auto-
matically switched off after a short time.
18 Low voltage jack DC IN 18V to connect the power
supply unit provided

2 Safety Notes
The units (active speaker system and power supply
unit) correspond to all required directives of the EU
and are therefore marked with
WARNING
The power supply unit uses dangerous
mains voltage. Leave servicing to
skilled personnel only; inexpert hand-
ling may result in electric shock.
Please observe the following items in any case:

The units are suitable for indoor use only. Protect
them against dripping water and splash water, high
air humidity, and heat (admissible ambient tempera-
ture range 0 – 40 °C).

Do not place any vessel filled with liquid on the unit,
e. g. a drinking glass.
G
Do not operate the active speaker system and
immediately disconnect the power supply unit from
the mains socket
1. if the power supply unit, the active speaker sys-
tem or the mains cable is visibly damaged,
2. if a defect might have occurred after a unit was
dropped or suffered a similar accident,
3. if malfunctions occur.
In any case the units must be repaired by skilled per-
sonnel.
