Poser la douille avec le câble dans la
pince à sertir PZK 3 (Pos� 10), position-
ner le sifflet de soudure vers le haut,
puis sertir jusqu'en butée� Attention à
la dernière dent de sapin de la douille�

Introduire manuellement douille et câble
dans le corps isolant et placer l'ensemb-
le dans l'outil de montage A-SL�

Positionner l'outil de montage B-SL en
face de la douille avec câble et presser
lentement la fiche jusqu'au point d'ar-
rêt, à l'aide d'une petite presse�

Contrôler la position de la douille par
rapport au corps isolant�

For soldering purposes a block
with a drilled hole Ø 6,5mm should
be used to hold the socket 1 in posi-
tion�

Crimp the socket and cable in Pos� 10
of the PZK 3 crimping pliers, pay-
ing attention that the solder cup is
facing up-wards and that the crimp
is positoned behind the last captive
taper edge�

Insert by hand the socket and cable
into insulator and then place into aux-
iliary tool A-SL�

Align auxiliary tool B-SL with socket
and insulator and slowly press-in plug
to the end position with the help of a
bench drilling machine or lever press�

Check end position distance of socket�
