Zone de fixation
Il est impératif de respecter:
- une planéité dans la zone de fixation ≤ 40 μm
- une rugosité de surface ≤ 10 μm�
- Tout traitement de type peinture, poudre époxy est à proscrire�
Fixation de la charnière
La charnière sera fixée au coffret (et à la porte) à l'aide de 4 vis
M6 équipées de rondelles freins (fourniture client à adapter selon
la nature du support)�
Il est indispensable de respecter une profondeur de vissage
minimal de 6 mm (longueur de vis à adapter selon l'épaisseur de
tôle support)�
Ces vis seront serrées à l'aide d'une clé dynamométrique à un
couple compris entre 4 et 6 Nm�
Lors de la fixation de la demi-charnière fixe, prendre soin de posi-
tionner le „gond" dans le sens adéquat, et lors de l'utilisation de
plusieurs charnières, il est nécessaire de les placer dans le même
sens de manière à pouvoir fixer la partie mobile�
Il n'est pas nécessaire de graisser le joint avant montage�
Il est interdit de lubrifier l'axe de la charnière avec une graisse de
mécanique générale�

Fixing area
It is essential to note the following:
- The flatness of the fixing area must be ≤ 40 μm
- The roughness of the surface must be ≤ 10 μm
- Any finishing like painting or epoxy powder must be avoided�
Fixing the hinge
The hinge must be fixed on the box (and the door) using four M6
screws with lock washers (supplied by customer and depending
on the surface)�
It is essential to observe a screw depth of at least 6 mm (length
of the screw must be adapted to the thickness of the supporting
metal panel)�
These screws are tightened with a torque wrench between 4 and
6 Nm�
When fixing the fixed half-hinge, be sure to position the moving
part in the right direction� When using multiple hinges, they have
to be installed in the same direction to be able to fix the moving
part�
It is not necessary to grease the hinge before mounting�
Do not lubricate the axis of the hinge with a standard mechanical
grease�
