Flushing on a new system
(to DIN 1988, part 2, paragraph 11.2 – see 2.

If at all possible, the installation should be
flushed after pressure testing. Client or
planner should be present for the flushing.
1. Push program key 'flushing water + air'.
Flow rate is indicated when stop valves are opened, and air blasts at proportionate rate are
delivered into the pipe system.

If a min. flow rate of 0,5 m/sec is not reached, flush by means of storage tank and pump.

4. Flushing per outlet must take at least 15 sec per running meter of pipe to be flushed or 2
minutes per tap.
5. Flushing must proceed from the bottom to the top.
