Remedy
Immerse the sensor head correctly in sample
fluid
Switch the device off and on again
Press the "Start" button
Only measure glycol-based brake fluids
Clean the sensor head by carrying out at least
three measuring processes with clean brake
fluid
Use a new sample beaker for each measure-
ment
Switch the device off and leave it to cool
Do not place the device on heaters or in
sunlight
If the error occurs repeatedly, send in the
device for inspection
Install or replace the sensor head
Switch the device off and then switch it on
again after 5 seconds
If the error occurs repeatedly, send in the
device for inspection
Send in the device for repair
Leave the temperature sensor to cool. When
the temperature sensors cools down to a
temperature < 55 °C, the measurement starts
automatically
Check connection to the mains
Change the fuse, see page 29
