Displaying the software version
(figures on page XVI)
1. Switch the device off and wait until all
of the indicator lamps have gone off
(approx. 10 seconds)
2. Press the "Start" button
3. Press the "Start" button while
switching on the device and hold it for
4 seconds
= "P1" appears on the display.

Maintenance

Cleaning (figures on page XVII)
Repairs, which are not described in this
manual, must only be carried out by au-
thorised and qualified specialists, see
"Qualification of the personnel".
When commissioning the device
each day, start by cleaning the
sensor head.

4. Press the "Start" button until "P7" is
displayed
5. Press the "Memory" button
= The software version number is dis-
played, e.g. 2.97.
6. To return to measurement mode,
press the "Print" button twice
• Only clean the device with dry cloths
• Do not clean the sensor head and
device with compressed air
• To clean the sensor head, carry out
two to three measurements with new
brake fluid
