19.Dismantling the cabinet - specialized technician -

The cabinet must be dismantled in compliance to the norms that concern the handling
of wastes foreseen in the individual countries, and in respect of the environment in
which we live in. This product is considered by the Legislature in force to be a
dangerous waste and therefore its separate waste collection is obligatory and it cannot
be treated as domestic waste nor assigned to a waste dump. Before dismantling the
cabinet, it is necessary to provide for the recovery of the refrigerant and to remove the
lubricant oil. This product is made up by 75% of recyclable materials.

It is the user's responsibility to deliver the product intended to be dismantled to
the collection centre specified by the local Authority or indicated by the
Manufacturer for the materials to be recovered and recycled.
All these operations as also transport and waste treatment must be
exclusively performed by specialized and authorized personnel.
This product contains HFC, refrigerant with high value of greenhouse effect
(GWP), ARNEG uses the following types of refrigerant in cabinets produced
with incorporated refrigeration unit:
R 134a; GWP
R 404A; GWP
belonging to the HFC family, i.e. fluorinated gases with high greenhouse effect
(GWP), governed by the Kyoto protocol. (Check the rating plate or the
adhesive label on the compressor for which of these two gases circulates in
the equipment) therefore:
THE COMPONENTS OF COOLING CIRCUIT SHOULD NOT BE CUT AND/
OR SEPARATED BUT MUST BE DELIVERED INTACT TO SPECIALISED
CENTRES FOR THE RECOVERY OF REFRIGERANT GAS.
This appliance is sealed hermetically and the refrigerant load is lower
than 3 kg. It therefore is not subject to the obligation of a system
handbook nor to routine checks for gas leaks (D.P.R. no. 147 of February
15, 2006 Art. 3 and 4)
