2.5.3. Manual configuration
You can configure Mozilla Sunbird manually even though it is recommended to use auto-
matic setup whenever possible.
►
For a manual setup, first install Mozilla
Sunbird and then create one by one the
calendars corresponding to each output.
To do this, choose the File menu and
then "New calendar". Select "On the
Network" and click "Next".
►
Then select the "iCalendar (ICS)" format
and complete the "Location" field with
the following model:
ftp://RTCP09_User:gtmt09@aDRESSEIP/ical/GT_calendarX.ics
where
ADRESSEIP
RT9s, and
X
is the number of the relay for
which the calendar is created. Each calen-
dar corresponds to a relay.
Example: Creation of a calendar associated
with the relay F, knowing that the RT9s has
the following IP address: 192.168.10.10
The "Location" field will be:
ftp://RTCP09_User:gtmt09@192.168.10.10/ical/GT_calendar6.ics
►
Click "Next" and complete the creation
of the calendar.
noTe : it is recommended not to insert more than 4 calendars in this
manner at the same time, as Mozilla Sunbird may need a lot of resources to
display a large number of calendars correctly.
MDE-RT9s-3079V1.0
the letters are case-sensitive.
is the IP address of the
►
This operation should be repeated as
many times as there are relay outputs
on the RT9s.
