SWEDISH PORK CHOPS
• Pork Chops
• Prunes
• Red wine
Make incisions into the sides of thick pork escalopes so that they can be stuffed.
Per chop, soak two prunes for half an hour in red wine and wrap them in bacon
strips. Stuff these into the incisions and close with a wooden toothpick. Season
to taste and brush with oil.
Set temperature control to "MAX", preheat. Lower temperature control to
appropriate setting. Place on Ridged side of Reversible Plate and grill 6-8 minutes
on each side
VEAL MEDALLIONS WITH CAMEMBERT
• 4 veal medallions (
• 4 slices of Camembert cheese
Lightly oil and season medallions.
Set temperature control to "MAX" and preheat. Lower Temperature Control
to appropriate setting. Place medallions on Ridged side of Reversible Plate and
grill for approximately 3 minutes on each side or until brown. Put medallions
in Raclette Rans. Place a slice of cheese on each of the medallions and place
Raclette Pans on the Lower Plate until cheese is melted.
KING-SIZED PRAWNS WITH DILL
• 6-8 raw, shelled prawns
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 4-5 tbsp. (60 – 75 ml) oil
Marinate prawns for 1-2 hours in a marinade made from remaining ingredients.
Set temperature control to "MAX" and preheat. Lower temperature control to
appropriate setting. Grill in lightly oiled Raclette Pans or directly on top of Ridged
side of Reversible Plate for 8-10 minutes, turning prawns over occasionally.
