7. Use smooth-edge utensils, preferably wooden or plastic. The wooden
spatulas are specially designed to remove food from pans easily and
without sticking. DO NOT CUT FOOD ON THE REVERSIBLE PLATE OR IN
THE RACLETTE PANS AS THIS MAY DAMAGE THE COATING.
8. When cooking is complete, set Temperature Control to the "OFF" position.
Remove plug from wall outlet.
9. Do not displace appliance until it is completely cooled. Before moving
appliance, remove Raclette Pans to prevent them from falling off the
Lower Plate.
