The dry contact alarm can be NO (normally open) or
NC (normally closed).
7.8.2 Relays connection
The relays are usable with the specifications
described below. Working voltage: up
to 30Vac or 60Vdc. Current: 1A max. Use
suitable cable sections with the following
characteristics: from 0.25mm² (23AWG) up
to 1.5mm² (15AWG).
Due to the absence of polarity, both terminals of the
same relay can be connected either to alternating or
direct current voltages.
• Slide the cables through the entry device.
• Take the J3 removable female connector from the
connectors board and connect the relays wires to
it.
• Plug the cabled connector to J3 plug.

7.8.3 Washing system connection
7.9 Ground connection
dry contact
The ring terminal for external bonding connection is
provided by the manufacturer.
The equipotential earth connection is necessary for
carrying out additional connections required by law.
In any case a protection earthing conductor must be
applied to the inside connector (J1, 7.4 Connector
board description, page 18).
For further details on configuration and
use, refer to the relative manual.
When the washing system is enabled, the
relay is used exclusively for the activation
of the pump (10.2.9 Wash System Page,
page 31).
CAUTION! The external equipotential
connections must be set up through the
eyelet on the outside of the product. Do not
use as a protective terminal.

To make the equipotential connection
use cables with a suitable section: 4mm²
(11AWG).
