All wiring should be done by licensed electricians in accordance with local codes. Improper installation or use may
result in serious injury. Always remove oven from power source before troubleshooting or repairing.
TYPE 10BVT THERMOSTAT ADJUSTMENT

To adjust the operating temperature, proceed as follows:
1. Disconnect oven from power source and remove elec-
trode holder and electrodes. Allow oven to cool before
proceeding.
2. Invert oven and remove bottom plate by taking out
three screws.
3. If the operating temperature is to be increased, turn the
small adjusting screw approximately 1 ½ turn counter-
clockwise for every 50°F of decrease desired.
**CAUTION**
4. If the operating temperature is to be decreased, turn
the adjusting screw approximately 1 ½ turn clock-wise for
every 50°F of increase desired.
5. Replace bottom plate and re-load oven.
